As announced in past weeks, we are about to release some confirmations and many great news about the RBC 2016 catering service as a result of your suggestions and our will to improve our services.
More vegetable dishes will provide you something cool, light, healthy and tasty!
Costs will be the same as last year while dishes quality will greatly improve and the choice will be wider to satisfy all your tastes!
Mercure Roma West Hotel provides two comfortable and nice areas to satisfy any culinary desire:
- «Divinus» Lounge Bar, open from 10:30 am to midnight, offers the chance to taste excellent coffee and a wide range of snacks and fast dishes along with tasty cocktails and aperitifs.
- «De Gustibus» restaurant, open from 6:30 pm to 11 pm, offers a refined selection of mediterranean and international dishes, re-interpreted by the master Chef.
The breakfast is included in the room price as last year and will be served in an elegant room. A rich buffet will be available for customers: a wide range of dishes, going from sweet and salty to hot and cold, from Italian to international, will be served. Our aim is to satisfy all of our customers’ tastes, as many of you already know from our 2015 edition!
The lunch will be served directly at «De Gustibus» restaurant at the hotel, from Friday to Sunday, from 12:30 am to 2:30 pm. It will not be only a buffet, but a rich brunch, including all tasty dishes that an international city as Rome can offer. Customers will have the chance to eat delicious dishes, suitable for omnivores and vegetarians.
The lunch will cost 15 Euro per person (water included) and can be paid directly at the restaurant by cash or credit card. Any alcoholic or extra beverage can be paid directly at the restaurant. Reservation and advanced payment are not needed. All Conference participants, even if not staying in the hotel, will have the chance to take part in the brunch at the last minute. You will be required to show the Conference bracelet entering the restaurant only.
FRIDAY NIGHT DINNER
Friday night dinner will be served from 8 pm at «De Gustibus» restaurant and will consist of a buffet. Participants will have the chance to sit at tables. Last year flavory choice will be mantained. The buffet will consists of Italian and international dishes, combined to recreate a wellness experience involving all five senses!
Friday night’s dinner will cost 20 Euro per person (water included) and can be paid directly at the restaurant by cash or credit card. Any alcoholic or extra beverage can be paid directly at the restaurant. Reservation and advanced payment are not needed. All Conference participants, even if not staying at the hotel, will have the chance to take part in the brunch at the last minute. You will be required to show the Conference bracelet entering the restaurant only.
SATURDAY GALA DINNER
This year, Saturday gala dinner will offer an exclusive menu, served at tables by the hotel staff, that will professionaly take care of all customers’ needs! The menu will be released as soon as possibile.
Customers can purchase Saturday dinner in advance with different payment methods and at different costs:
- advance sale (online or at authorized sailing points) of the gala dinner when purchasing the Conference ticket: 35 Euro per person
- advance sale (online or at authorized sailing points) of the pack including “Gala Dinner + Black and Blue Night” : 65 Euro per person or 125 Euro for two people
- purchase of the Gala Dinner directly at the Conference, until 2 pm of the 4th of March, 2017: 40 Euro per person.
IMPORTANT: All staff members, helpers, speakers or participants must communicate any allergy and/or food intolerance to the hotel staff so it will be able to manage and satisfy any customers’ need.
RBC staff is not to be considered responsible for any allergic reaction that may arise from allergies or intolerances not previously declared.
